SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, COOL REMODELING, INC. IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT, COOL REMODELING, INC.’s AND ALL ITS AFFILIATE COMPANIES’ LIABILITY WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED US$100.00.
