IN-HOME CONSULTATION GUIDELINES

• You must live within a 150-Mile Radius of Santa Monica, CA. We can service most parts of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, San Bernardino County, and Riverside County. If you're further than 150 miles, we may still be able to help.
• Since we work only with our Members, you are invited to enroll free of charge as a Cool Remodeling Club Member.
• We will provide you with a free of charge Preliminary Home Energy Efficiency Evaluation by phone to identify specific problems that you may experience in various areas of home energy and water efficiency.
• We will request that you provide us with your most recent Utility Bills to enable us of getting a better picture regarding your potential energy and water efficiency issues.
• We will provide you with all the necessary Guidance regarding home energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water efficiency based on your specific needs free of charge.
• Once you have an opportunity to learn about possible Solutions that may address your specific problems, we will schedule an appointment to meet with you in person and discuss optional solutions in various areas of home energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water efficiency. You will be under no obligation at any time to make any decision during our meeting.
• When you are ready to move forward with a specific energy or water efficiency project, we will be available to finalize all the relevant details related to a Specific Project.
• All senior citizens will be required to have close Family Members or anyone who can help in the decision-making process, present.
• We kindly request 24-Hour Notice in case you need to reschedule or cancel our meeting for any reason whatsoever.
